The Puss In Boots in Shrek is portrayed as somewhat of a snappy dresser with a smooth italian accent and a way with the ladies.
He does have one little trick in which he does a cutesy face which is designed to make your heart melt and you can't help but want to help the little guy out. When he tries this on Shrek however, Shrek promptly pulls the curtain shut.
